Purchased Magic Jack 2 Yrs Ago Need To Renew This Year - Won't Acknowledge Phone

Did not renew last year but want to start using again - web site does not find my e-mail address or magic jack phone # - what can I do

As far as I know, magicJack does not guarantee that you can always resume service after a lapse for only the renewal fee. However, I have not heard of this issue before and very likely magicJack would want to accept your renewal.

You can also complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221.
