Is There Program Download For Laptop So I Will Not Need Plug In Magicjack?

Hello,does anyone know if there is a download program so that I can eliminate having to install my Magicjack physically and still be able to use my Magicjack number?Any info is appreciated,thanks!

No the magicjack has to be plugged in.
