Paid Yearly Subscription With No Magicjack Service

I have renewed my magicjack subscription for 1 year (twice) I was given a confimation # yet, a recording comes on when a call is made with #00306 code appearing after each number dialed. Also a recoding comes on stating that my subscription has expired. The calls now are not going through. I have been pleased with the service for the past year. What should I do?

Yours is unfortunately representative of a great many complaints about magicJack, which could be charitably characterized as administratively challenged. magicJack’s customer support is for the most part magically lacking. The phone number of 561-594-9925 is for billing matters only, and seeking either that phone help or chat help (at www.magicjack.com/techchat) may prove a waste of your time. You may write magicJack at [email protected], or c/o Ymax Communications, POB 6785, West Palm Beach, FL 33405. You can dispute any payment with your bank or complain to the Florida Attorney General at 850-414-3990.
