How Do I Make A Phone Directory For Magicjack Plus?
1. Can I make a name & number directory for my magicJack Plus?
2. Can I transfer my old magicJack directory to my magicJack Plus?

Yes to both. During setup select “add to existing account” when prompted.
If you've already registered your Plus product: Unplug the magicJack, and run mjRemover.exe and then the Microsoft Fixit Center app. Then reboot and re-plug. (You can download the remover program from http://upgrades.talk4free.com/tools/mjRemover.exe.)
