Majic Jack Will Not Accept G Mail Calls

When I call my friends majic jack telephone number, I hear it ringing on my end, but friend hears nothing. I dont show up in a history on majic jack, it appears that the history reflects only outgoing calls dialed from majic jack. I am calling majic jack from gmail "call phone" and dont get it confused with "google voice", call phone and google voice are 2 different things. Others can call the majic jack from google voice with no problems, but not able to call from gmail call phone. I get through any numbers except majic jack numbers when I use call phone.
