Magicjack Plus Prompting To Buy Prepaid Card For Local Call.

Hi, I have magic jack plus at my home. I usually call international numbers(India) through calling cards. When I dial a local number given on the calling card, magic jack gives a message "to call a conference line or platform, please visit us .................." I use to be able to make calls without any problem .. but this one is annoying me since a week. Please let me know what is the source and how can I get through this problem. Thanks

magicJack's local calls are free, under the terms on which you bought the product.

If you're being asked to pay for local calls, you may reach magicJack by writing:

You can also try phoning them in the U.S., at 561-594-9925.

If all else fails, you can dispute any payment with your credit card provider or complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 (USA) or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399 (USA). If it's within 30 days, you can return the product using these instructions.
