My Magicjack Plus 916-222-7486, Can't Make Or Receive A Call,with Or Without Com

i buy this magicjack plus a few day ago, i already registered and get a phone number 916-222-7486, but i still don't received any activation code. at this time , my magicjack plus can't make or received a call'please help me to resolve the problem. thank a lot

If you haven't received the message, it probably was diverted as spam (even though it's not spam). If you have a mail folder designated Spam, Trash, Junk, or Deleted Items, look there first. If you still can't find it, phone your Internet Service Provider for guidance.

It might just be that tigerjet in enabled and mj wont work with that try these steps and hopefully it will work for you 1. Click Start 2. Click Control Panel 3. If your Control Panel is in Category View, double-click Sounds, Speech and Audio Devices If not, go directly to the step 4 4. Double Click on Sounds and Audio Devices 5. Click the Audio tab (the middle one) 6. Under both Sound Playback and Sound Recording, select your default audio device (the one you want to use) from the drop down menu * Never select Tigerjet as your default device 7. Click the box labeled Use Only Default Device” (located in the bottom left corner of the window) 8. Click Apply and OK.
