My Magic Keeps Telling Me To Hooke Into A Usb . I,am

Your question is not really clear, but it seems you're questioning how to set up your magicJack.

With computer:   

Plug the magicJack into a free USB port, and then plug your phone line into the magicJack. The magicJack comes with a 6-inch USB extension cable in case it interferes with other devices plugged into your USB ports.

Without computer:  

The magicJack PLUS device plugs into the AC adapter, which plugs into the AC outlet. On the left of the unit you have a socket for the phone cable and one for the LAN cable. Or you could run the LAN cable from your router or switch.
