Magic Jack Problem

I have been using Magic Jack and it was working fairly OK. In the MENU there is an option for "Add Contacts" for saving the called numbers. Of late, I found that this box of "Add Contacts" is grayed out and the option is inactive. As such I am unable to operate this option ad cannot add any contacts. I really donot know why this is grayed out and not active. Can you advise me with a solution. Secondly, can I un-install Magic Jack and re-install , and by this whether this problem can be solved. By doing this uninstall and re-install process, will it have any effect on my Magic Jack Thank you for your cooperation
