My Magic Jack Phone Is Not Working Properly; People Cannot Hear Me At All!

I remember getting a note saying I shouldn't upgrade Windows and I thik I did. Now when I make a call, I can hear perfectly the other side but they cannot hear me at all!!! What should I do? Please, help me!!! Thank you very much!
