Magic Jack Disables My Screensavers, Display Off, And Sleep Mode.

I've just been told by a top customer rep that MJ disables screensavers, displayoff controls and sleep mode controls. They say they have no fix. It's because of a new "upgrade." What's the next step?

There is no next step if you want to use magicjack that's the way it is.
