Magic Jack On Android

I have a Magic Jack device on my computer, I pay an annual subscription, last year I downloaded it on my Nexus 7, I am now getting a message to say that my annual subscription has expired, and I need to pay $10.00 for renewal, I have been using it on my Nexus and smartphone with my original no. since I acquired them, could you please tell me how to solve the problem? It's hard to follow your question, but I'm guessing you're wondering why magicJack is asking you for more money when your subscription is current.

magicJack’s customer support is for the most part magically lacking, but its phone number of 561-594-9925 is dedicated to billing matters (if you can get through). If indeed you don't owe any money, I suggest you ignore the nags.

To renew, click "Additional Years" on your SoftPhone (software interface).
