They Just Installed U-verse From At&t And I'm Having Problems With Receiving Cal

The problem I'm having is that all calls that come into magic jack are busy even though no one is on the line. I can make out going calls with no problem. AT&T says it's the problem with magic jack. Does anyone have this problem or is it a isolated one?

If your telephone does not ring:

1. Make sure the ringer on your telephone is in the ON position

2. Make sure that the ringer volume is in the proper position

If that does not work:

Try a different telephone

NOTE: Make sure your phone cord (connecting the base unit with the magicJack) is not longer than six feet.
