I Just Established A 'plus' Phone. Trying To Call My Own Landline, I Receive A M

I receive a message to the effect that it's a toll call. What's that all about. And if all calls to the 938 exchange are toll calls, this thing goes back to R.S.

This is a disturbingly common complaint. magicJack promises free domestic calls, without limitation, and you're entitled to that benefit. If not, by all means return the device to the retailer. I urge you also to complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399.
