how do I get this thing hooked up where is the scren that says "click here to register" all i get is your promotional page where is the correct screen

In its FAQ, magicJack does indeed tell you that after hooking up your device via the USB port you need to "Click on 'Click Here To Register' in the left window of the magicJack PLUS SoftPhone."

If you use a MAC, you have to first double-click the magicJack Plus icon that appears.

If you don't see "Click Here To Register," look for "Click Here for Free Trial."
