How Can I Find Out What Email Address My Magicjack Has Been Registered Under?

i have used my magic jack for about a year now. and now when i want to use it, it says to log in to my existing magicjack account, the thing is, i never registered it. the only option it has is the "did you forget your password" one and when i click on it, it says it sent it to my email. i dont know what e-mail adress it sends it to. what can i do?

Sorry you're having problems. I understand magicJack uses an email address for your account that you never provided.

The only way to resolve this issue is with magicJack. Sorry to say, magicJack does not offer more than the most feeble customer support.

You can try phoning them, at 561-594-9925.
