Although I Have Credit In My Account Magic Jack Does Not Recognize It And Asks M

Although i have credit in my account Magic Jack does not recognize it and asks me to add credit before i can make an international call. Ive added credit - my account now has $ 29+. -- but this has made no difference, for months now i have not been able to place an international call. FAQ does not give any help on this problem. help Please, as it is most frustrating.

How to reach a live person: They say this phone number is only for billing questions, but it is the only way to make contact with a live person. The only other option is their online support which is basically useless.
