Why Cant I Buy International Calling Minutes

I have tried several times to buy international calling minutes. It gives me a confirmation number, but does not register the minutes with the magic jack

You're certainly entitled to the minutes you've purchased. Unfortunately, magicJack offers virtually no personal support. You may reach magicJack by writing:     Ymax Communications

    West Palm Beach, FL 33405 You can also try phoning them, at 281-404-1551 or 561-594-2140. If all else fails, you can dispute the charge with your credit card provider or complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221. If it's within 30 days, you can return the product using these instructions.
