Cannot Renew My Magicjack, Note Said Our Magicjack Is Not Registered

Presumably you must have registered or you would not have been using the product and would not want to renew.
To register, hook up the device to your computer via its USB port. Click on "Click Here to Register" in the left window of the magicJack software, and follow the on-screen prompts.

You can try phoning them, at 281-404-1551 or 561-594-2140. You can also complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221.
