I Am Trying To Renew My Magic Jack The Money Was Taken Off My Master Card And It

What can i do to have my magic jack renewed my money was taken from the master card and still no service my name is Shandae Sandiford my number is 6177183882 it is almost three weeks now i made two attempts and more than a years money was taken off the master card please reply to me urgent thank you

Visit the Magic Jack account management site, by going to http://my.magicjack.com.

Login using your telephone number and the password you created during your Magic Jack registration. If you do not remember the password, click "Remind me by email."

Click on "Customer Care," and then "Extend Your License."

Choose your renewal term. You can renew your license for one year, three years or five years.

Enter your credit card information, including your billing address and zip code, to complete your renewal.
