It's hard to understand your question, but it seems that you returned your magicJack but have not received a refund.

magicJack does not offer more than the most feeble customer support; sorry.

You can also try phoning them, at 281-404-1551 or 561-594-2140.  

If all else fails, you can dispute any payment with your credit card provider or complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221. If it's within 30 days, you can return the product using these instructions.
