We're an independent help site, not magicJack. Unfortunately, magicJack's customer service is practically nonexistent. You can attempt contact (see below), but my best advice is to apply for a new RMA, at my.magicjack.com/returns.html.

You can also try phoning them, at 281-404-1551 or 561-594-2140.

If all else fails, you can dispute any payment with your credit card provider or complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221.
