Transferring My Old Magicjack

How do I give my old magicjack to my sister because I got a new one. There is no time on my old magicjack.

Even though there's no time left on your old magicJack subscription, giving the device to your sister would probably reduce her cost to only the renewal fee. One way to proceed is for you to change the login information to her preference. (To update your email address, submit this magicJack form to have instructions sent to you (to any email address). Then go here and use the "Forgot password?" link. You may need to disable popup blockers.) There is the danger though that following that procedure might affect your account with your new magicJack.

A safer way to go is to reset the old device: Unplug the magicJack, and run mjRemover.exe and then the Microsoft Fixit Center app. Then reboot and re-plug. (You can download the remover program from http://upgrades.talk4free.com/tools/mjRemover.exe.)
