I Renewed My One Year Subscription But No Service Yet On Magic Jack

i renewed my subscription on 10/05/2012 and my card was charged on 10/06/2012 but i still have not been able to make any calls the magic jack keeps telling me my subscription has expired how do i get it working again and will i get back this three days of service i lost

Sorry for your problems. Before proceeding further you might want to make sure that your payment went through. If it did, you're certainly entitled to all the time you paid for.
