Renewed Majic Jack But Not Getting The Service

Hello majic jack I just made a renewal to my majic jack 'Sunshine' with the pass word 6H1PHNDI. it accepted it and told me that the card number will be billed. However it has not allowed me to use it . as a matter of fact the prompt is still on for me to renew. Wha do I do

You will have to contact customer support for magicjack, there must be something wrong with your card or your order might have not go through that's why your service is not yet been restored. It's best to contact their chat support to make sure.
