Renewal Of Magic Jack Service.

He, my telephone number is 347 347 6609. I have tried renewing my magic jack service for another year by following the instructions available to me online. I have given magic jack my bank card details and to date they have only $1.00 pending on my account. Is there a problem with my payment? if so, this should not be. Could you please rectify this issue as i would like to maintain my magic jack as this is the best cost effective method for me to keep in topuich with my loved ones overseas. I awit your response.
