Before proceeding further you might want to make sure that your renewal payment went through. As long as you're continuing to receive service, there's nothing you can do to stop the nags, misguided thought they may be. You are of course entitled to service after your paid renewal. If not...

magicJack's customer support for the most part is magically lacking, but you may reach magicJack by writing:

You can try phoning them, at 281-404-1551 or 561-594-2140. You can also dispute any payments with your credit card provider or complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399.
