this message generaly indicates your account information doesn't match the information you submitted check your entries for spelling errors and make sure the information is what your bank/credit/payment account reflexts even if your current information has changed

Phone: 281-404-1551 How to reach a live person: They say this phone number is only for billing questions, but it is the only way to get a hold of a live person. The only other option is their online support which is basically useless. Hours of Operation: 11am - 8pm EST
