I Received A Message That I Needed To Renew, I Renewed About Four Months Ago

If you paid & your phone is working I would just ignore this email, it could be a phishing email from a scammer. If you need to very your account you should call CS @ Phone: 561-594-9925 How to reach a live person: They say this phone number is only for billing questions, but it is the only way to get a hold of a live person. The only other option is their online support which is basically useless. Hours of Operation: 11am - 8pm EST
