Login To Renew Phone #

tried several times to login to renew # using email address, phone #(magic jack ) and assured password is correct but keep getting notice of problem and not getting to log in to renew

"...getting notice of problem." Since you didn't relate what the notice said, it's difficult to help you. Without that knowledge, the best we can do is suggest you reset your device, as follows:

Unplug your magicJack, and run mjRemover.exe and then the Microsoft Fixit Center app. Then reboot and re-plug.
