I've Paid $99 To The Magic Jack Last Year For 5 Years Subscription. Now, After

one year, they cut my service and are asking for $20. What kind of criminals are runing this Magic crap?

Sorry for your problems. Yours is unfortunately representative of a great many complaints about magicJack, which could be charitably characterized as administratively challenged.

magicJack's customer support is for the most part magically lacking. The phone number of 561-594-9925 is for billing matters only, and seeking either that phone help or chat help (at www.magicjack.com/techchat) may prove a waste of your time. You may write magicJack at [email protected], or:
