just got a magic jack plus for my mom and i need to connect it, can you please help me with that?

Hook up the device to your computer via its USB port. With a MAC, double-click the magicJack Plus icon that appears. (With a PC, magicJack Plus software will load automatically.) Click "Click Here To Register" or "Click Here for Free Trial." Follow the on-screen prompts.
