Como Renovar Por Otro Año Si Estoy En Eeuu Y El Magicjack En Colombia?
He tratado tanto con tarjeta de EEUU como de Colombia y no he podido renovar el servicio, me podrian ayudar?

Unfortunately, many magicJack users even in the US have had problems renewing. All I can think of is that magicJack is not accepting the card or cards you've wanted to use. I'm limited in what I can advise you since you didn't tell us exactly what happened when you tried to renew.
You may be able to get an answer from magicJack if you phone them in the US at 561-594-9925; or you may write magicJack at [email protected]
