I Believe That I Was Charged 2 Times Instead Of Once To Set Up My New Mj Plus.

I was trying to Keep my old Phone number. I can NOT use the phone for Incoming Or Out Going calls after setting up the MJ Plus How can I findout if I was Charged 2 times instead of Once???
