Bad Password Sent By Magic Jack

Can not get magic jack to send working password. Can not get any help . Live help is useless.how do I get through to renew subscription if every password sent by magic jack will not work? And.. " customer live help can not tell me why?

In case you haven't already done it:

Go here and use the "Forget your password?" link. You may need to disable popup blockers.

If that doesn't work try these instructions.

If you can't get the device to work, you need to return it. If you bought it from magicJack, follow the instructions at http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html.

If it's too late to return the device, you can seek a resolution with your credit card company or with the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221.
