First contact MJ on website.They have a help NOW person.Explain your new MJ and They will walk you through the paces.You may want to buy a different Filter than one MJ provides,I learned that a new one works so much better (even a $5.00 One) for noise,background "stuff".

First, you need to plug the Magic Jack device to one of the USB ports in your desktop or laptop. After the magic jack is plugged in, you will notice that your system will detect a new hadware and will start to install the dialer program automatically from internet. All you need to do is to make sure that the the computer has internet connection and the dialer program gets installed automatically. Once installed, you should be able to see the phone program in desktop
