Temp Runs Up To 90 Degrees When Turned On.

When I turn the heater on in Low or High mode, it runs the temp all the way up to 90 degrees and I can't change the temp. If I put it in ECO mode, it will run at 68 degrees, but I want to be able to change the temperature. Is there anything I can do to fix it?
