Door To Freeze Compartment
The door to the freezer compartment keeps falling off. I just defosted again in cash that was the problem but still comes off. Bought at Home Depot Jul 2018.

Possible solutions:
The refrigerator is not on a level surface.
The gasket is dirty.
The storage basket is out of position.
