'vol. Label Data_drna_100a'

Just purchased Magellan and Mapsend DirectRoute. Softward loaded fine but cannot run program. Put in CD and this message appears "Vol. label Data_DRNA_100a". Cannot find any updates for this. Howcan i fix this?
