Mackie Hd1521 Speaker Doesn’t Turn On.
I have a pair of mackie hd1521. One works excellent. The other stopped producing sound. Took it to a technician in Tijuana mexico. He plugged it in and it worked. He said that its a power issue. I guess the power in mexico is unregulated so this speaker turns on and works over there, but in the states it doesn't want to power up. The power light next to the switch comes on for a split second and then turns off. And it does this ever second or two consistently. The light at the eq section all light up and the blue light on the front grill also turns on. How is it that one speaker works at the same power source and the other doesn't. It use to work for about a year. Is there a current regulator or power supply that might be the issue??? Email me please. [email protected]
