Hi,i Want To Know Why My Email Address Isnt Accepted ,when I Submit It To Mackie

email wont go through mackie .www.audinate.com/redeemdvstoken.what do I do to get my dante card working and get Dante virtual sound card token.Terry Brown owner of DL32R.
