Mackie 3204-vlz3 Is Picking Up Voices And Tapping.

Last weekend we were running a stream and could hear our own voices~ which didn't make sense as non of us had mics. We started tapping around only to find out that it was coming from the mixer itself. We disabled all the computer mics, muted everything, disconnected everything, and more. None of it is working.Any ideas?
