Hotmail Has Been Blocked
Dear sir, my hotmail has been blocked bc some type of virus used it to send spam however when i want to open it i cant, it's asking for the cell phone number so they can sen the verification code i keep on doing that but the sms it's not coming...what should i do to unblock my account? Thank you.
