When I Open The Screen To More Than About 30 Degrees It Goes Green

Hi, I have an MSI Netbook which when you open the screen to more than 30` goes completely unreadable and mostly green. pull it back to less than 30` degrees and the screen reappears. this wouls seem to be a hardware fault but is it repairable? many thanks Simon Jones
