My Mother Board's Back Usb, Ps2 Stoped Working And Front Usb Does Not Work A Tal

my mother board's back usb, ps2 stoped working and front usb does not work a tall i tried using add on cards but no use cant expend more money for chiplevel servicing and do not want to change the board any other option do you have
