Since your using an MSI board try the following settings:
1) Go to CELL MENU under BIOS
2) Disable C1E, HPET, etc. - refer to overclocking sticky for complete list
3) Set mem:fsb ratio to 1:1
4) Set PCI-E frequency to 104 Mhz
5) Start pushing your fsb 10 Mhz at a time to be safe
This is a tedious process since you have to hit F10 to save and boot to windows. Once you are able to boot to windows, re-start windows and enter BIOS (DEL key) and keep increasing your fsb until you hit your desired OC. I actually use 20 Mhz "jumps" to OC my board.
I would leave your CPU core voltages on Auto for now. Once you've succesfully OC'd to your desired level then check using CPU-z what your actual voltage is and use that setting to Manualy change your CPU core voltage to the indicated value if you feel like it and even lower the voltage if you wish.https://www.overclock.net/threads/msi-g31tm-p21-overclocking.843144/
