Cannot On Or Open

my msi cannot open/on..have batery but cannot use..button on same no effect..charge same too..what is problem? motherboard or virus?

Obviously, you cannot turn on the power of your MSI CR640 laptop because the battery may be failed to work properly or has worned out. This issue can be resolved by replacing the battery with a brand new one. You can buy new and compatible replacement batteries for this device from the links provided below.
