Student Customer Pickups
I am the Director at East Cobb Ombudsman 2145 Roswell Rd, Marietta, GA 30062. Many of my students use Lyft services for transportation home. My concern is the drivers never come to the center to pick up the students; the drivers ask the students to meet them several doors down from our building at the Wing Stop Cafe. As director, I am liable for the safety of my students and this is a serious concern for me. Is there a possibility the drivers be given the instructions to drive down a few doors; the building is clearly identifies with a large white "Ombudsman" sign.Thank you in advance for your rapid response and assistance with this urgent matter.Sarah Jordan
