Cabinets

I ordered for plywood cabinets for my kitchen. They made me sign some papers as contract and I did it. But there is nothing written as presswood, or plywood as materials. They came and installed the cabinets, after two day I came to know that all the cabinets are made out of presswood, I complained to the manager Jerry, he came and looked at it and later called me and said you signed on the contract, and that is what you will get, which is not a good answer. Now they are saying I ordered for presswood. How can I get my $4900.00 back and get this junk out of my house?

File a complaint with the Attorney General of your state, file a Better Complaint, file a complaint with Small Claims Court, and file complaints with several on-line complaint sites and you will get a call from Lowes immediately. Make sure you have dates, names and phone numbers available.
