Status Of A Return Made Last Month

I've made repeated calls to the customer care line and on hold for lengthy periods of time. The individual I spoke with had trouble communicating and couldn't answer my questions. When I requested a supervisor she said none was available. When I told her I would hold for a supervisor she said that none would be available. I simply need to know the status of my return and when I can expect the credit to be made to my account. I would appreciate an alternate phone number or email.
